Vince is a highly experienced, well qualified and self-motivated Managing Director/Commercial Director/Specialist Consultant and Company Secretary with some 35 years of experience in dealing with Companies, Professional Firms, Boards at an Executive level. He has dealt with over 80 professional consulting firms, including Engineers, Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Property Evaluators and Landscape Architects. For some 12 years Vince owned and operated a Financial Services Company, which was bought by a large listed South African Services company.
Vince has vast experience in finance, governance, compliance, risk management and company secretarial administration which he has applied in the financial, insurance, banking and the Built Environment industry bodies.
Vince has operated at an Executive level with Boards of Directors of both listed and private companies operating locally, into Africa and internationally.
Vince has also experience in representing Companies in numerous court cases in Africa, as well as arbitrations for professional companies, who were not being timeously remunerated for work completed on projects. In these cases, he was very successful in obtaining favorable financial outcomes for his clients.
